Chelsea Winter Boot

Novesta rubber boots are made of high quality natural rubber with an aggresive sole and soft thermal liner.

The cotton/wool lining is slipped onto the shoe and the natural rubber adapts to the pattern piece by piece. The boot is then "baked" for an hour in a vulcanization tank at 140 °C. For this reason, all our linings are 100% cotton, any artificial materials would melt during the 'baking' process. Once the boots have cooled, each pair is hand-tested to ensure they are completely waterproof.
