Novesta rubber boots are made of high quality natural rubber.
The cotton lining is slipped onto the shoe and the natural rubber adapts to the pattern piece by piece. The boot is then "baked" for an hour in a vulcanization tank at 140 °C. For this reason, all our linings are 100% cotton, any artificial materials would melt during the 'baking' process. Once the boots have cooled, each pair is hand-tested to ensure they are completely waterproof.
